Chiropractic care for every member of your White Bear Lake family
At Mindset Chiropractic, we do not treat your family as isolated cases. We look at each household as a connected unit, supporting every person through the specific stage of life they are in right now.
Prenatal care
Prenatal chiropractic care is one of our core services. Dr. Mark Dvorak is Webster Technique certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), which means pregnant patients receive a specific, research-backed approach to pelvic alignment and nervous system support throughout pregnancy. If you are expecting and looking for a Webster certified prenatal chiropractor near White Bear Lake, our Woodbury clinic offers this specialized care.
Pediatric care
From newborns to teenagers, pediatric chiropractic care at Mindset Chiropractic focuses on the neurological foundations of your child's health and development. We support children experiencing colic, sleep difficulties, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, ear infections, and the physical demands of growth and activity. Dr. Dvorak attends live weekly pediatric training through The Pediatric Experience with Dr. Tony Ebel, ensuring our clinical approach reflects the most current methods in pediatric chiropractic care. Our team works gently and patiently with children of all ages, temperaments, and needs.
Family care
For adults managing neck pain, back pain, headaches, postural stress from work or daily activities, or simply wanting to maintain their health proactively, our family chiropractic care provides consistent nervous-system-focused support. Many of our White Bear Lake patients schedule appointments for multiple family members during a single visit, making the drive to Woodbury worthwhile.
Why White Bear Lake families choose Mindset Chiropractic
Most chiropractic clinics focus on treating where you hurt. We focus on understanding why your body is not functioning the way it should.
Our neuro-focused chiropractic approach begins with a nervous system scan, a non-invasive, radiation-free assessment that shows us exactly where neurological interference is occurring in your spine. This gives us an objective baseline before your first adjustment and allows us to track your progress over time using real data rather than guesswork.
For White Bear Lake families, this matters because it means your care is personalized and measurable. Every adjustment is guided by what your nervous system is actually showing us, not just where you feel pain or tension.
This approach is especially valuable for pregnant patients where nervous system regulation directly impacts the comfort and progression of pregnancy, infants and children whose nervous systems are still developing and where early interference can affect long-term health and behavior, and adults with chronic issues that have not responded to symptom-focused care elsewhere.

What to expect at your first visit
Your first visit at Mindset Chiropractic is not a standard chiropractic appointment.
Step 1
Intake and health history
We start with a thorough intake and health history to understand your complete health background, current symptoms or concerns, goals for care, and any questions you have before we begin any assessment. Whether you are coming in for a newborn's first evaluation, managing pregnancy discomfort, or addressing chronic pain, we want the full picture first.
Step 2
Nervous system scan
We perform a nervous system scan that is painless, takes just a few minutes, and requires no X-rays or radiation. It shows us exactly where your nervous system is under stress and how that stress is affecting your body's ability to function. You will see your own scan results on screen and we will explain what they mean in clear, straightforward language.
Step 3
Assessment and adjustment
Based on the scan results and a hands-on physical assessment, we deliver a specific, gentle adjustment targeted at the areas of neurological interference we identified. For prenatal patients, we use the Webster Technique. For infants and children, adjustments are extremely gentle and adapted to each child's age, size, and comfort level.
Step 4
Care plan discussion
We will walk you through our findings and recommend a care plan that fits your situation, timeline, and goals. No pressure, no long-term contracts. Just a clear, honest conversation about what your body needs and what we can accomplish together.
What families say about Mindset Chiropractic
"We had such a great experience with Dr. Mark and his team. From the moment we checked in to scheduling our daughter's next appointment, everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I were nervous going into our baby's first visit, but Dr. Mark was very reassuring and took the time to guide us through everything. He made us feel confident that we did the right thing for our daughter."
— Verified Google Review, Pediatric care
"Our whole family has benefited from care at Mindset. Most notably, my newborn is more regular, my son with nighttime incontinence is having more and more dry nights, my husband who has had chronic pain for years is improving, I feel less stressed, and my child with ADHD is doing his schoolwork without being asked. Not only are the results notable, but the team is kind, caring, and genuine."
— Verified Google Review, Family care
"Mindset has been an incredible, inclusive space for our family. Dr. Mark is not only thorough and knowledgeable, but genuinely takes the time to meet my kids where they are, speaking to them on their level and respecting their needs. As a neurodivergent family, feeling accepted and welcome in a healthcare setting is huge, and Mindset truly gets that right."
